admin Registered Member #12 Joined: Mon Sep 10 2007, 01:49PMPosts: 8 | Has everyone been seeing un-listed cooking gas equipment(restaurant). I've seen several woks lately. The latest was an Asian place, the wok not listed. I explained it needed to be third party listed.The next trip to the restaurant, they had the label and listing tag on hand, they weren't sure where to attatch it. The equipment Mfg. out of New York sent it to them through the mail. CSA listing removed them from their approved listing list (several years before). CSA is checking into the Mfg. and looking into the legal end of things. I was just checking, DOES EVERYONE SEE THESE THINGS? And do you require the 3rd party listing? I made them install a different wok. | ||
