Since the regulator was KaKa as well, I was able to just say "Replace leaking regulator and adjacent device". What is this object, patented by Mueller 50 or 60 years ago?

I have long heard the terms 'dry vent' and 'wet vent' pertaining to venting systems for plumbing. It appears that a wet vent is simply a dry vent that also has drain water running in it (such as the typical PVC DWV system in the home above the highest drain connection (sink, tub, etc.) in the home)...

The last owner of the unit removed the built-in dishwasher and took it with them as the home was being repossessed. Call a contractor to install a new dishwasher as needed.

Simple enough and to the point?

A home built in 2005 and people, with more money than brain...
