Refund Policy

Membership Dues

Annual membership dues are non-refundable and non-transferable with the following exceptions:

  1. A membership can be canceled, and a refund issued if a request to cancel is received prior to the beginning of the new membership year of October 1st

  2. If a duplicate dues payment has been received a refund can be issued.

  3. A membership can be transferred to another if the transfer request is received prior to the new membership year of October 1st.

Continuing Education Training Fees

Continuing education training fees are non-refundable and non-transferable with the following exceptions.

  1. If notice of cancellation is received seven (7) days prior to the day of the continuing education training a refund can be issued.

  2. If duplicate payment was received a refund can be issued.

  3. Continuing education training can be transferred to another if notice to transfer has been received seven (7) days prior to the day of the continuing education training.

Educational Conference Registration Fees

Educational conference registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable with the following exceptions.

  1. If notice of cancellation is received thirty (30) days prior to the day of the educational conference a refund can be issued.

  2. If duplicate payment was received a refund can be issued.

  3. Education conference registrations can be transferred to another if notice to transfer has been received thirty (30) days prior to the day of the educational conference.

Sponsorships

Sponsorships are non-refundable unless approved by the Board of Directors.

Disputes

Refunds, transfers, and cancelations which are disputed shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors for resolution.
