CLASS FORMAT AND RULES

  • Students are required to register/enroll for this class by providing personal contact information, email,  and license numbers before the class begins.

  • Each student is given a specific link in an email after they register/enroll to log into the Webinar the day of the class.

  • We recommend that you add [email protected] to your contacts.

  • If attendance is from a phone,  the Zoom app must be installed, and a free basic account is required to verify attendance, or no credit will be given.

  • The student will be properly identified, and "log in" and "log out" time stamps specific to each student will be electronically generated for attendance.

  • The webinar will always be electronically monitored to know who is attending the Webinar. 

  • The instructor can always see the list of participants. 

  • At the end of the Webinar, an attendance report will be generated. This report will be used for submission to the appropriate board.

  • During the Webinar, the instructor will launch a general poll question that the student is asked to answer in a pop-up window. This poll question verifies participation and attentiveness. 

  • Any student who does not answer participation polling questions at each 50-minute session will not receive credit for the course.

  • At the end of the Webinar, a mandatory survey will “pop up” and you will be required to confirm completion and satisfaction with the course material. (A link will also be emailed to you if it does not appear)

  • During the webinar, questions can be submitted to the instructor using the Zoom chat feature.

  • The instructor will be available to answer questions and provide students with the necessary support during the course.
